Exchange

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item online. You can return the items and then place a new order.

Returns

We spend a lot of time and care to inform you as best as possible about our products. If a product does not fully meet your expectations, it is of course possible to return the item in question (with the exception of SALE items).

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a statutory period of 14 days without giving reasons and therefore to return a product. Send an email to info@dogboutiqueamsterdam.nl to inform us about the return shipment. We would like to hear from you why the product does not meet your expectations, so that we can improve our webshop.

Please ensure that the item/s are returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in the original packaging within 14 days to:

Clearly state your name and address on the return shipment. You are responsible for the shipment until it is received by us in good order. The costs for return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Wrong or defective item

If we have made a mistake with your order (e.g. wrong size or color) or there is a defect, the products can of course be exchanged for the original ordered product and we will also reimburse the costs of return shipping. In these types of cases, ALWAYS contact us first by telephone or email. In the event of a defect, it is important that you contact us within 2 days of receipt and send photos by email, so that we can properly assess them and help you as quickly as possible.

Refund

In the event of a cancellation, you will receive your payment as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days after we have received your return shipment. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed.

You bear the costs and responsibility for the return shipment. We estimate that these costs will be €6.95 for a parcel shipment with track & trace.
